ANIMAL ALLIANCE WELFARE LEAGUE (AAWL):  As of January 2013 we have neutered/spayed over 6,000 cats. We are a 501C3 non profit charity for over 25 years. We serve the greater Hartford area. Our mission is to perform TNR (trap-neuter-release) of feral/stray cats.
